Based in Florida, USA, he built BuildCalc Pro independently using Flutter (cross-platform mobile and web), FastAPI (Python backend), and Firebase (auth and analytics). The product launched in both the Apple App Store and Google Play within the same week of June 2026, after months of iterative development on the calculator engine, PDF estimate generator, and the no-lead-fee contractor marketplace.
